The cooling capacity range of Midea high efficiency full falling film water cooled screw chiller is
70RT to 470RT. The high efficiency full falling film water cooled screw chiller adopts the
industry leading twin-rotor screw compressor, environmentally-friendly R134a refrigerant and
full falling film evaporation technology to achieve efficiency for high full loads and partial loads.

The product adopts a semi-hermetic twin-rotor screw compressor,a screw rotor using a
patented profle undergoing the optimized compression process with a German KAPP gear
grinding machine,and the surface has been laser-hardened to implement dynamic and static
balance correction.
The twinscrew rotors adopt the asymmetric patent design of five to six tth,reaching the
machining precisin of micron level and ensuing low noise and long service life.
The compressor adopts the bearing o iteternational famous brand,which has a long
service life,ensuring that the continuous operation time of the ciller is at least 5000h.
3.Full Flling Fim Evaporation Technology
First created full flling flm evaporator reduces the rfrigerant charge amount.
Spray flling flm technology llowus the rfrigrant to form a lquld fim on the surface of the eficient
heat exchange tube to
implement flm state evaporation and greatly improve the heat exchange eficiency of the
evaporator.
The rfrigerant dsributor is speciallyl designed to avoid uneven liquld distribution and prevent
local pipe dryness.
