Magnetic centrifugal chiller compressor is a miniaturized, highly innovative compressor with
magnetic bearing, VFD and permanent magneticsynchronous motor technologies. It realized
oil-free, effective and safe operation. Magnetic bearing guarantees total levitating of the rotor
during operation. No contact between the bearing and rotor, no fricition and structural vibtation.

2.Oil-free and High Efficiency
Midea magnetic bearing centifugal cillr boasts magnetic bearing technology, aerodynamic
technology, a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and full flling film evaporation technology.
It combines Midea's unique horizontally back-to-back two-stage compression structure with
higher energy eficlency as compared with the traditional magnetic bearling centifugal chiller,
improving the flHoad energy ffciency by 4%6*, and improving the part-load energy efrciency by
7%6*.



3.Magnetic bearing technology
Indutria-Hevel magnetic bearing assembly including the radial magnetic bearing,thrust
magnetic bearing and position sensor,and featuring low power consumption,high bearing
capaclty and high rlbility.
Power consumption less than 0.4kW,only 2%to 10%of that of conventional oll bearings.
Breaks through the upper speed limits of conventional oill bearings,signifcantly reducing power
consumption of the bearing at high speed:the higher the speed,the more energy eficient the
magnetic bearing is compared to the oil bearing.



4.Bearing control technology
The bearing control system adopts prospective vibration compensation technology,which
detects and controls the position at a high frequency to ffectively reduce the impact of wbration
on the rotating shaft by the amount of unbalance.
20 kHz dynamic position scanning and adjustment and position control precision at the um
level ensure the accuracy of the shaft levitation position.

5.Permanent magnet synchronous motor technology
Motor efciency exceeds 96%in the full operating range,with the highest efciency of up to 97%.
The space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)technology is used for speed regulation
and driving.Accurate and effcient operation is achieved according to changes in the operating
conditions,the startup current Is small,the operating curent is low,and the operating electricity
charge and distribution cost of the whole lfe cycle are low.
The realtime monitoring system of stator temperature and rotor shaft elongation achieve
precise,highly-elablel colingof the motar.



6.Full flling film evaporating technology
First created the full alling flm evaporator and adopted spray technology to achieve film
evaporation on the surface of the heat exchange tube,greatly increasing overall heat transter
fficlency and reducing refrlgerant charge by up to 4096.
The patented refrigerant dsributor can improve the homogeneity of the liquid to avoid local
drying,flly showcasing the performance of the heat exchange tube and increasing unit efciency.
